have been providing child care for over 6 years. This has been an unexpected but welcomed pleasure. I have formal training through the Army Family Child Care Program. We have conducted State and Federal Background Checks. I am State Licensed and Insured. I have always enjoyed being around children I started caring for children when I was 10 years old this included a 3 year old and a 3 month old. I have 4 boys that I truly enjoy being around and watching grow into wonderful young men. I am currently attending college to receive my Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. While in my care your child will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, which promote all aspects of development. Family childcare provides for children the comfort and experience of belonging to an extended family. I provide a home like setting. My approach to childcare is child centered and child directed. Children are offered choices whenever possible. Your child will bring home a newsletter each month, which will give a brief overview of what we will be doing.
